🌟Just a wee reminder of the Nitty gritty...
-Because we do great prices for our live sales you have until thursday only to purchase your link, if your link is not claimed by 9pm Thursday so we can organise, pack and ship/have ready for pick up by friday it disappears and products go back into stock at full price.
-Please make sure to send our page a quick message saying “hello” if you have never contacted us before. This then means I can find you and contact you directly on Wednesday with your link to purchase your order nice and easy 😊
-We do not do holds on live sale orders as we have been let down too many times and we need to focus on the next live, ordering & the week ahead in store but we do offer Afterpay and laybuy pay at checkout instead 🤗
- If for x2 lives you fail to purchase your link you will still be welcome to shop on our website & instore but you will no longer be able to join in on our live sales.
- we have to run a tight ship around these lives for many reasons around running the business but especially to keep it fair to others that join in so they don't miss out for no reason if items are not purchased!
- We are not able to change your order once you have claimed your items so please make sure you are able to commit to the pieces you are purchasing. Change of minds are unfair to others and have become too difficult for us to manage also.
-Even if you intend to pick up your order it still needs to be paid for by Thursday this confirms your order.
-Entries for gift draws are for those who participate by placing an order in our Live Sales. Failure to purchase your order means the prize is forfeit and will snowball into the next Live Show prize.
-*gift voucher prizes can only be redeemed Boho Body Care Products & our crystals, does not include live sale orders or Boho Partnership products
-Shipping.... we pack and ship/get orders ready for pick up in the order that they are purchased.
All request for your order eg. can I pay for my order but you hold until a certain date MUST be put into the notes of your cart and we will try our wry best to meet your request.

-Our current shipping provider is Eparcel who work with NZ post overnight courier service. Once your order has left our store please use your tracking number to recieve further information about you delivery, further questions please contact NZ post as they will have the answers regarding the delivery of your parcel
