🌟Just a wee reminder of the Nitty gritty...
-Because we do great prices for our live sales and need to get unsold items selling quickly we do have limited timeframes to purchase your link, if your link is not claimed by 9pm on the day we state on the live so we can organise, pack and ship/have ready for pick up in a timely fashion it disappears and products go back into stock at full price.
-Please make sure to send our page a quick message saying “hello” if you have never contacted us before. This then means I can find you and contact you directly & quickly with your link to purchase your order nice and easy 😊
-Don't just wait for us! To find your invoice after the live sale you can directly go to our website www.boho.nz, type your name in the search bar and your invoice will pop up to purchase. Feel free to add any extra goodies to your cart too 😉
-We do not do holds on live sale orders as we have been let down too many times and we need to focus on the next live, ordering & the week ahead but we do offer Afterpay at checkout instead 🤗
- If for x2 lives you fail to purchase your link you will still be welcome to shop on our website but you will no longer be able to join in on our live sales. This now also applies if it is your first order failed to purchase valued over $80 unless at our discretion we have accepted a legitimate reason. Unfortunately these bigger sales are usually full of popular items which would have been sold.
-We have to run a tight ship around these lives for many reasons around running the business and keeping the sales viable but especially to keep it fair to others that join in so they don't miss out for no reason if items are not purchased!
- We are not able to change your order once you have claimed your items so please make sure you are able to commit to the pieces you are purchasing. Change of minds are unfair to others and have become too difficult for us to manage also.
-We do not have a designated pick up location all shipping options are available at checkout.
-Entries for gift draws are for those who participate by placing an order in our Live Sales. Failure to purchase your order means the prize is forfeit.
-*gift voucher prizes can only be redeemed Boho Body Care Products & our crystals, does not include live sale orders or Boho Partnership products
-Shipping.... we pack and ship orders in the order that they are purchased.
-All requests for your orders especially Create a basket shipping requests MUST be put into the notes of your cart and we will try our very best to meet your request.
-Shipping requests through messenger we are not able to process due to the amount of orders and requests our small team receives unfortunately things get missed! Websites are not connected to messenger!!
-Our current shipping provider is Eparcel who work with NZ post overnight courier service.
Once your order has left us please use your tracking number to recieve further information about you delivery, further questions please contact NZ post as they will have the answers regarding the delivery of your parcel
