This has been such a hit with so many of our wonderful customers over the last few years!
We know it can sometimes cause a little confusion if you are new to shopping with us, so here’s a quick guide to how it works. 😊


šŸ’« What is it for?

  • It helps you save on shipping by combining multiple orders into one.

  • Perfect if you join our live sales regularly!

When you’re ready for your basket to be shipped:

  1. Place your last order.
  2. Add a note to your cart saying:Ā ā€œShip Basket Pleaseā€.
    That note is the most important part — it’s how we know to send it out. The note box is located in your CART not the checkout page.
  3. At checkout, pay forĀ shipping.

(If there’s no note in your cart then your basket will simply continue, weĀ can’t guarantee your basket will be shipped if there is no instruction to do so. The Boho is under no obligation to pay for your shipping costs if this mistake is made.)


šŸ’« Need it shipped early or did you choose ā€œCreate a Basketā€ by mistake?

  • Go to our website and type ā€œShippingā€ into the search bar.

  • Choose either Standard or Rural Shipping and purchase it.

  • Leave a note in your cart with the order number from your previous order, asking us toĀ combine and/or send your order/s.

  • The Boho Store is under no obligation to pay for your shipping if Create a basket is chosen by mistake at checkout. Please make sure to choose the correct shipping option for your needs. (There is a drop down button on the corner of the box if not all options are visible on your device)
  • We do not offer refunds on orders if you don't want to pay shipping! Please see our refund policy before contacting us with such requests.

Please be kind!! We are here to help not hinder and create a basket is here for that reason, for you! It actually costs us more in the long run.

Going forward we will not be responding to abusive messages, emails or comments. It's just not why we are here. All of the information you need before placing an order is readily available on our website, at checkout and on social without resorting to unkindness towards us when a mistake such as not choosing your correct shipping is made.

  • Messenger/Facebook messages and emails areĀ not linked to the website/courier system — therefore we cannot make changes to your order or take shipping requests once you have placed your order as it is final.

  • We receive a huge number of messages/emails each week, so all shipping requests must be made through the website in the notes of your cart.

  • If we don’t get the request on the website, your basket will just continue until you purchase shipping as above.

  • ā€œCreate a Basketā€ is not a free shipping option — if it’s the only one showing, use the drop-down menu to select another.
