Shipping policy

 

Current dispatch timeframes

  • Orders are taking 1-3 working days to be ready for collection by the couriers due to the volume of orders our small business is processing at the moment.
  • Orders are taking 24 hours to be collected by couriers once we have booked the parcels for pickup.
  • Once collected, delivery is taking between 2-7 working days at the moment, depending on where in the country the parcel is going and how busy the local courier drivers are.
  • Tracking details are sometimes delayed in being updated.

 

If your order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to get it out ASAP.

If your order has not yet arrived but is still within the time frames mentioned above then please have patience, we have yet to have an order not arrive!

If you need an update on your order and it's still within the expected delivery timeframes, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes and you're still waiting for it, please contact us and we will be happy to follow up.

 

 Pricing:

  • For NZ orders a Standard shipping fee of $9.50 will apply. 
  • For NZ orders that require a signature a shipping fee of $11.50 will apply
  • For NZ rural orders a shipping fee of $11.50 will apply
  • For NZ rural orders that require a signature a shipping fee of $13.50 will apply
  • For multiple orders a basket can be created and your goods can be held and sent together with one shipping cost applying.  (Please view how this option works before using it click here)
  • If you are located outside of NZ, please contact us to confirm the cost of delivery before ordering. 
  • Free Shipping over $180
  • Oversized/weight items will incur extra cost - please have a chat with us 

Details:

Products in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days of your order being placed (although we usually aim to dispatch orders the next working day). This can take a little longer during peak times such as Christmas.

Most orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. 

For custom orders, we will confirm with you how long it will take to create/cure and then ship your order at the time your order is placed.

Pre-order products will have estimated shipping dates in their individual descriptions, if you have other items in your order they will all be shipped together when your pre-order is ready.

All our body products are handmade, and some take a little longer than others to create. Products are made and then dispatched in the order in which they are received.
